This Keto Cheesecake in a mug may be one of the easiest keto recipes I've shared! All it takes is 4-5 simple ingredients, a mug and a microwave or oven. Let it cool in the fridge or serve it warm, whichever your preference. Turn it out onto a plate and top it with homemade keto strawberry sauce or no sugar added strawberry/raspberry jam. You could also top it with fresh fruit and sugar free whipped cream if you like! Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and/or blackberries all go well. Either way, this keto 1 minute microwave cheesecake is delicious. Microwave times may vary. Mine heats foods quite quickly, if yours tends to take longer, try 1min and 15s seconds or just enough time to see that your cake has fully cooked in the very centre and support for ketosis is no longer liquid.
